We’re On The Disqus Train

by Andy Brudtkuhl on June 26, 2009

I’ve been procrastinating moving this blog to Disqus… and today I’ve finally taken the plunge.

It took 5 minutes to setup and a half hour to sync my existing comments – which was what I was worried about. It even maintained the nested comment structure in place on existing comments – I didn’t expect that.

Thinking about switching? You should.

Mike and I talked about it a little in regards to putting it on TechSentry. I've got it on my Tumblr page and it's just so damn easy to manage.

it's 100% better than built in comments. What I liked the best is the social
integration – that sealed the deal… Replaced a kludge of hacked together
plugins
