Microsoft Attacks With Laptop Hunters

by Andy Brudtkuhl on March 30, 2009

I use both Apple and PC’s so I have little bias. Each has their own purpose in my home/office. I’m happy Microsoft and their ad firm CP+B is finally on the attack pointing out the overwhelming reason many people shy away from the Apple store – price.

Here is the commercial (which you’ve likely seen already)

What do you think?

Wow Microsoft may have finally pulled it out. I’m no marketing expert but that was convincing.

I think so too! Why haven’t they done this before? It’s a huge point – Apple computers, generally, cost twice as much as a similarly configured PC’s.. In “economic downturn” that should be the forefront of their marketing message as they are steadily losing market share.
