		<description>Andy, I would agree that the largest investment a company can make in social media is their own time. It&#039;s a classic situation of getting out of it what you put into it. Sometimes I&#039;m amazed that companies are more willing to part with their cash than they are dedicated staff resources to understanding these amazing new tools! Nice post. </description>
