Everyday im trying to make it more useful. For example yesterday i used the Calender to create team birthday reminders. We just started an internal research project where in a task is sent to each member everyday. I also think project management is useful because due to DeskAway\\\’s overdue projects etc. i am also making sure that i now tie up projects that are sometimes months old.
Im keenly waiting on them to integrate file uploads marked to tasks – so i can upload a specific file and link it to a specific task so things become even more systematic. I just requested that feature yesterday and got an email saying that they too felt it was necessary and are on it. It should be up soon. Thats another thing that im now liking about them. Response rates are great!
We are using DeskAway from past few months & have found that every month they come up with great features added to the tool. We are very happy with this & try to make the optimum use of all the features. It is very simple & easy to use & above all it is quiet affordable than other tools in the market.
