- Only provide my premium services in certain areas while advertising it everywhere
- Insist that my clients not renew their contracts early
- Consistently miss publicly declared deadlines
- Tell all my clients they get 40 hours of my time when I know they will only get 10
If you treated your customers/clients like AT&T does theirs, what would you do?

4… Charge them $5/mo to email me 10 times, $10/mo for 20 emails, and $15/mo to allow them to email me as much as they want in the month.
