I had a similar experience, but I use AM EX. They took the charge off immediately. I don't understand why companies completely skip the customer service side of the business. I just ordered a <a href="http://www.deliverandmeasure.com/" title="customer service book" rel="nofollow">customer service book</a> that seemed to have some great insight into these issues. Simply report it to the credit card company as fraud. They'll refund your money AND sick their lawyers on the company.
