I want to make it clear that I am not advocating people shouldn&#039;t use flickr.  I use flickr myself.  You just need to be careful and smart.  You need to think through whether a license is questionable for the photograph.  For example, do you think an amateur photographer would have the rights to a network TV show - even if it is placed under the creative commons license?  In the case I posted about a picture of a girl was used in an ad campaign along with comments that weren&#039;t flattering.  What would have made them think that is okay?  The key is:  Be smart.
