I’m guessing because they are really just “labs” — proof of concept type of things.

Apollo as a concept is cool. We’ll see if it comes to fruition.

Interesting that the designer in the clip mentions Apollo. Apollo will do everything that WPF will do (except the hardware accelerated 3D) and it’s cross platform.

Yes - it will run on XP as long as you have downloaded and installed the .NET 3.0 Framework.
