I’m not a big proponent of certifications. I think relevant experience and useful knowledge trumps them. But, if you are interested in getting some they are now offered from O’Reilly – the technology publisher.
For you aspiring web developers out there – you can get Client-Side Web Programming certification from O’Reilly for around $1094. Or you can go drop ~$100 on a few books (by O’Reilly) and learn the same thing. I guess it depends on whether you want that piece of paper that claims you know it or not.
