Wow. Microsoft is in serious need of a product branding team, as if you did not know this already.
From Vista Sense…
Ok, first of all this is not a joke. MS is really releasing Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate Limited Numbered Signature Edition.
This is true. Amazon has already sold out of these limited edition versions of Vista signed by the man himself, Bill Gates.
If you were wondering just how many versions there are, the answer is 6 (not including the Limited Edition).
Starter Edition – $99 available in emerging nations
Home Basic Edition – $199
Home Premium Edition – $239
Business Edition – $299
Enterprise Edition – Volume Licensing Available (Note: If you are familiar with traditional VLK licensing from Microsoft you will be surprised how it is implemented in Vista).
Vista Ultimate Edition – $399 (this is the version I am currently using and I love it!)

In all the advertisements for the limited edition of vista, there are only 20000 but selling on the internet are limited editions of 25000.
Are there two different sets of the limited edition?
And are they really signed by him or electronically signed?
Interesting! What exactly is the limited edition. What’s the diff. between the standard one and this?
