More on IE7 and web standards

CSS 2.1 standard support:

  1. IE 6: 52%
  2. IE 7: 54%
  3. Firefox 1.5: 93%
  4. Opera 8.5: 93%
  5. Opera 9: 96%

If you have forgotten our stance on this subject, look at the title of our blog. We originally started this because as web designers the productivity bottleneck was IE. I hate IE. Here’s an idea, get a new browser.

Here’s an idea – find an unbiased test.

My unbiased test is my years of web development. These unbiased tests are dealing with IE on a day to day basis as it causes the process of designing for the web to be longer, far more difficult, and far less efficient.

What are your unbiased tests? Or do those not exist at Microsoft?
