I stumbled across this app for Macs and was kinda blown away.  Its an awesome concept.  Basically you use your i-sight camera / built in camera for the new mac books to photograph barcodes for Dvds, CDs and games which are then put into your library.  It is basically a record keeping app.  Go check out the screenshots at the Delicious Library site.  They are amazing.
