		<description>I\'m not sure how this decision was reached. Granted IE is the dominant market share but deliberately restricting prospective customers is a poor business decision and a poor technology decision. I imagine they outsourced or purchased a solution that their developers disagreed too but were reluctantly forced to implement. I don\'t imagine their \'head honchos\' even recognize this as a problem. This decision is equivalent to Wal-Mart saying that anyone who drove into the parking lot with a Toyota was not allowed to use a shopping cart.</description>
