Customer Support Add-On for Basecamp

Do you do customer support? Do you use Basecamp? Either way here’s an excellent add-on for the service. Last month I wrote about Project Detail systems and their business model of adding value and creating services on top of existing services. Project Detail uses the Basecamp API from 37Signals to bring you BCTix. And Chris sent me an email to announce the official launch of the service.

As rolls swell in the recession, workers find firms are contesting claims by alleging wrongdoing or quitting in a bid to not pay benefits.
