Carson Systems, creators of one of my favorite new sites Vitamin and design/development workshops Carson Workshops (where TJ is at right now) is documenting from the beginning the analysis, design, and development of their latest web application. Carson Systems has one product out, called DropSend. You can also find many podcasts and articles from Carson Systems about their experiences in the development of that application.
These guys are doing something great for our community of web service startups / entrepreneurs by providing evidence based guidelines for how they operate as a company. And Vitamin is a great reference for all parties involved in small web services companies from marketing professionals to programmers. And providing workshops for people to attend and learn is great. It’s nice to see a successful company who wants others to be successful as well and takes the next step of helping them out.
